SPIRITUAL GIFTS/MANIFESTATIONS: The believer is to be aware of that which is concerning the spiritual78.  The Holy Spirit Himself is a gift to be received79 and He is received by faith80.  The believer is to be filled with the Holy Spirit81 and the evidence of His presence in the believer’s life will be the fruit of the Spirit82.  The Holy Spirit seals the believer for the day of redemption83 and we are not to grieve or quench Him84.  We trust in the presence and manifestation of the Holy Spirit85 in the life of His church for its common good86 and edification87, and for the glory of God88.  We believe the gifts are of the Holy Spirit and therefore He must be present in order for them to be manifested89.  The gifts/manifestations of the Holy Spirit are as He wills90.  We believe in the gifts/manifestations of the Holy Spirit as declared in the Scriptures91 and as exercised within the Scriptural guidelines92.  There are also appointments in the church93.  We believe that love is of utmost importance and without His love all exercise of spiritual gifts and appointments is worthless94.
