The Holy Spirit led The CROSSing to join Jesus in Rwanda, Africa

This is a short story of the hand of God as He has called us to join Him and His church in Rwanda.

March 2014, two of our Pastors and an Elder were visiting a ministry in Rwanda, Africa.  As they were driving through Kigali, the capitol city, they were introduced to Bishop Augustine, who happened to be walking through the busy downtown.  The Bishop invited them to attend his church the following day and to share their testimonies and preach.  They did as requested and God birthed a relationship and ministry that day.

June 2016, the Holy Spirit led our Pastor to return to Rwanda to Join Bishop Augustine to conduct village crusades and lead a Pastors' Training Workshop.  During that visit over 500 people were born-again!  God also gave insight for the need of a Bible School for Pastors where they could be trained in His Holy Word.  The Bible Training School was birthed and launched October 2016.

In June of 2017, the Holy Spirit led our Pastor to return to Rwanda and join Bishop Augustine again.  They taught at the Bible School for a week and led another Pastors' Training Workshop.  They also conducted more village crusades where over 700 people were born-again!

In 2018, we started a second Bible School in Kigali!  We also purchased 24 goats for the Students of the Bible School.

In September 2018, our Pastor returned to Rwanda to join Bishop Augustine where they taught at both Bible Schools for two weeks and led two Pastors' Training Workshop.  They visited several of the churches where they led Bible studies and baptized 24 new Followers of Christ!  They conducted four village crusades where over 170 people were born-again!

In June of 2019, our Pastor returned to Rwanda to join Bishop Augustine where they taught at both Bible Schools for two weeks.  We had our first graduation at the Bible School, where 23 students graduated and 12 were ordained as Pastors!  Over 500 attended the Graduation!  The Bishop and Pastor were a part of two different baptisms where 64 new Followers of Christ were baptized!  They were also invited to the town of “Ruhanga” where over 1,000 people were present for a ribbon cutting ceremony of their new town building.  They spoke and then members of the local church brought the first offspring of the 24 goats (given in 2018) to show how the ministry was helping the local people.  The local officials were moved and have given us great favor.  Pastor and the Bishop conducted four village crusades where over 200 people were born-again!  550 Bibles were purchased and given to the churches for their members.  A new piece of land was paid for and a grain mill was purchased.  The mill will be used to process the local village's grains, this will generate income for the local church.  The profits will also be used to purchase a future mill for another church.
